e asset, a coking coal project, has over 4MT in measured and indicated reserves (NI 43.101), certified by an international consulting firm.
The project is currently owned privately. The owners are seeking outright sale or JV agreement, ideally with a mine operator with previous experience in developing coal mines. Estimated CAPEX to develop project is up to $10 million.
Logistics -including reaching port- have been resolved and are also available for the investor.
