The investor, an Australian group of companies is looking for small, high grade gold copper deposits in Colombia and Chile, preferrably. Desired grades should be over 1% Cu and 3 to 4 gr/tn Au. Size of deposit 1M oz.
JORC or NI 43.101 Reserve/ resources, near term production ideal.
Cash on signing, plus staged payments, exploration investment and shares.
